AVAA

I am now a member of AVAA.  AVAA  had its first art show at Shaw House on Moose Lake near Bonnyville Alberta. Nine local artists were present on November 17, 2012. AVAA stands for Aurora Visual Arts Association.

Mission

To encourage and foster the artistic development and creativity of varied visual artists in the community.

To educate the general public and students in the appreciation and understanding of all forms of visual arts.

To promote public interest and appreciation of the visual art in this community.

Vision

AVAA is a newly founded Society in the Bonnyville area. With time, we will grow and have lots to offer you.

We hope to offer art expositions, art classes and workshops from different artists from here and elsewhere.

This society is open to anyone interested in the visual arts, beginners along with seasoned artists.

We also welcome anyone interested in supporting fiscally and emotionally our dreams and endeavors.

With time, we hope to operate a centre and gallery as a cultural centre for the visual arts in the community.
